We’re partnering with a growing organization to hire a Marketing Automation Manager with strong technical and strategic expertise. This role will own the design, execution, optimization, and measurement of automated marketing programs using Marketo and related systems, while partnering closely with marketing, content, sales operations, and analytics teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‑on while also thinking strategically about lead lifecycle, customer journeys, and campaign performance.

METRO ATLANTA CANDIDATE ONLY - This role is 3-4 days onsite

What You’ll Do • Serve as the Marketo expert—designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing automated programs, nurture flows, trigger campaigns, and lifecycle initiatives • Configure and manage integrations between Marketo, NetSuite, and other systems using tools such as Dell Boomi, LaunchPad, and Zapier • Lead campaign setup and execution across email, multi‑step nurtures, events, re‑engagement, and follow‑up programs • Establish best practices around segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, A/B testing, deliverability, and compliance (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR) • Monitor funnel and campaign performance, translate data into insights, and continuously optimize programs • Collaborate with content, creative, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment across strategy and execution • Maintain system hygiene including deduplication, field management, database health, and performance monitoring • Document processes, runbooks, and standard operating procedures • Stay current on Marketo product updates, marketing automation trends, and best practices • Provide guidance or mentorship to junior marketing operations team members as needed

What We’re Looking For • Marketo Certification (Marketo Certified Expert or comparable credential) • 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing automation experience with deep Marketo expertise • Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with NetSuite and managing integrations via Dell Boomi • Strong SQL skills or equivalent data manipulation and querying experience • Solid understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization • Experience supporting multi‑channel campaigns and attribution models • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
