The Process Writer creates and maintains clear, concise documentation to support efficient and

consistent business operations.

We're looking for someone who • Holds a bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field • Has 2–3+ years of experience in technical writing, process documentation, or a similar role • Demonstrates strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information • Is bilingual in Spanish (required) • Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and document management systems (e.g., • SharePoint, TrackWise) • Has strong analytical skills to evaluate processes for efficiency, risk, and compliance • Communicates effectively and collaborates well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

What you'll do • Draft, review, and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and user manuals • Create process maps, flowcharts, and visual aids to clarify complex workflows • Gather information by interviewing subject matter experts (SMEs) • Ensure all documentation aligns with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines • Conduct audits of existing documentation to maintain accuracy and relevance • Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives • Manage document lifecycle using content management systems from draft through approval and archiving
