About the job
The QA Inspector II is responsible for performing in-process and final inspections to ensure all manufactured products meet quality standards and specifications.
We're looking for someone who • Holds a high school diploma • Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in inspection or quality control • Has strong basic arithmetic skills • Demonstrates high energy and is self-motivated • Pays excellent attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all inspections • Can work independently with limited supervision • Has the ability to support and assist in training other inspectors (preferred)
What you'll do • Perform in-process and final inspections on manufactured products • Verify product quality against documentation and quality system requirements • Identify, document, and report non-conformities to management • Track inspection completion status and move products to designated areas • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation • Support quality assurance processes and continuous improvement efforts • Assist in training and mentoring other inspectors as needed • Perform additional quality-related tasks as required
Physical requirements • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs • Must be comfortable standing and performing detailed inspections for extended periods • Must have strong visual acuity for identifying defects and inconsistencies
