This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and enjoys being the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the First Point of Contact:
Manage inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and chat—gathering key details and ensuring customers are set up for success from the start.
Keep the Schedule Moving:
Coordinate and assign service calls based on technician availability, skillsets, and service needs—keeping the dispatch board full and efficient.
Build and Maintain the Pipeline:
Proactively identify scheduling opportunities, fill gaps, and support consistent workflow across the team.
Connect Teams and Information:
Act as the link between customers, technicians, and internal staff—ensuring clear communication and accurate handoffs.
Stay Organized and Accurate:
Document all interactions and service details across scheduling and CRM systems (Asana, Salesforce, Building Reports, Inspect Point).
Solve Problems in Real Time:
Address scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, and last-minute changes with a solution-oriented mindset.
What We’re Looking For: • 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support • Experience in service, construction, or dispatch-driven environments preferred • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting • Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
