Job Title: Traffic Control / Flaggers – Raleigh, NC

About the Opportunity:

We’re hiring Traffic Control / Flaggers to support road construction and maintenance projects throughout the Raleigh, NC area. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and keeping roadways safe, this could be a great fit for you.

We’re looking for candidates who are ready to work , but we’re also open to training the right individuals who are eager to learn and dependable.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and control the flow of traffic around construction sites

• Communicate clearly with other crew members to maintain a safe work zone

• Set up and take down cones, signs, and barricades

• Remain alert and focused throughout the shift

• Follow all safety regulations and instructions from supervisors

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation — you’ll need to drive yourself to various jobsites

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Must be dependable and safety-focused

• NC Flagger Certification preferred (training available for the right candidates)

• Must be able to pass Drug test

• Must be able to attend DOT orientation
