Are you a strategic financial leader with a passion for real estate development? We are partnering with a dynamic and growing real estate development firm seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join their executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and stakeholders

• Provide financial insight on acquisitions, developments, and investments

• Ensure compliance, risk management, and internal controls

• Partner with executive leadership to drive growth and profitability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience

• Strong background in real estate development, construction, or related industry

• Proven experience with capital structuring, project financing, and investor relations

• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and leadership skills
