Job Description
Leaders Staffing is seeking an experienced CFO for our partner, a well‑established, privately held organization in the real estate, construction, and property management space.
This role is ideal for a seasoned financial leader who is also a practical operator—someone who can partner closely with ownership to implement long‑term vision while bringing greater structure, clarity, and scalability to a growing, multi‑entity business.
This is a direct hire, long‑term leadership opportunity with meaningful impact in a values‑driven culture guided by Integrity, Vision, and Kindness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic financial leader and business integrator, partnering closely with ownership to turn vision into execution
• Lead with integrity by ensuring transparency, accuracy, and accountability across all financial activities
• Act as the connective force across the organization, aligning people, processes, and priorities
• Provide financial leadership across multiple entities, including development, construction, and property management
• Translate long‑term vision into actionable plans through budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning
• Lead all accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions
• Build and maintain clear, consistent financial dashboards and reporting systems to improve visibility and decision‑making
• Integrate financial insight into operational and project‑level decisions to support sustainable growth
• Oversee cash flow management and capital allocation across projects and business lines
• Strengthen internal controls, systems, and financial discipline as the company scales
• Manage banking relationships and support thoughtful, values‑aligned financing strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team with a people‑first, respectful approach
Qualifications:
• Experience as a CFO or senior financial leader in a multi‑entity environment
• Real estate, construction, or development finance experience preferred
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage non‑financial leaders
• Excited about partnering with an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented business
• Ideally have experience with (or strong interest in) EOS
• High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability
• Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels
• High integrity, accountability, and a collaborative leadership style
