We're looking for experienced Sheet Metal Duct Installers who want to work alongside proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior workmanship. ## Pay and Compensation

This position offers a pay range of $28-40/hour based on your experience and skill level. Beyond hourly wages, we provide benefits that are among the best in the industry. ## What You'll Be Doing

Your work will span commercial and residential projects and includes:

- Selecting appropriate types of sheet metal according to building or design plans

- Measuring and marking dimensions and reference lines on metal sheets

- Drilling holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets

- Installing and cutting metal sheets with supportive frameworks

- Fabricating or altering parts at construction sites

- Maneuvering and anchoring large sheet metal parts

- Fastening seams or joints by welding, bolting, riveting, or soldering

- On-site or shop fabrication work

- Setting hangers

- Trimming, fitting, hanging, and sealing ductwork

## What We're Looking For

You'll need previous sheet metal experience and your own tools for the trade. Proper PPE must be worn at all times on the job. While OSHA 10 certification is preferred, it's not a deal-breaker if you have solid hands-on experience.
