Job Title General Labor

Location Grand Rapids MI Pay $20/hr

Shift 1st 8 am - 5 pm Job Summary This role involves assisting with the preparation, assembly, and maintenance of wire products and rigging materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities • Assist in cutting, measuring, and assembling wire rope and related products • Support the production team in preparing wire slings, cables, and rigging equipment • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently • Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy • Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times • Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed • Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Key Qualifications • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Ability to stand, bend, and lift frequently throughout the workday • Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial environment

Preferred Skills • Previous experience in a labor or manufacturing environment preferred but not required • Quality Control experience • Lean manufacturing knowledge • Basic math skills How to Apply
