Staffing Inc. is hiring candidates for Custodial & Changeover Crew positions at Acrisure Amphitheater, Van Andel Arena, & Devos Place Position: Custodial & Changeover Location: Acrisure Amphitheater, Van Andel Arena, Devos Place Shift: 3rd Shift Compensation: $16/hr Are you dependable, energetic, and ready to be part of the action? Join our 3rd Shift Changeover & Custodial Crew and help transform the venues between hockey games, concerts, basketball, volleyball, and more. This hands-on role is perfect for night owls who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and being part of something exciting. What You’ll Do: Convert the arena setup between events (e.g., hockey rink to basketball court, concert stage to volleyball setup) Set up and break down flooring, seating, staging, and equipment Safely lift and move materials up to 75 lbs Follow supervisor instructions and safety guidelines Maintain clean and organized workspaces (concourses, seating areas, backstage) Work efficiently in a fast-paced, loud, and physically active environment What We’re Looking For: Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs for extended periods Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team spirit Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively Basic tool knowledge (training provided) Previous experience in event setup, warehouse, or construction is a plus—but not required!
