Job Description
The Global Manufacturing & Quality Learning & Development (GMQLD) organization is seeking proposals from qualified staffing vendors to provide two (2) administrative contractors to support learning operations across Central Function business areas.
These contractors will serve as essential operational resources, ensuring seamless execution of: • Day-to-day learning administration • Learning Plan management • Cross-functional coordination between Conduent and the Lilly L&D Learning Strategists
Business Context
The Central Functions group is responsible for: • Designing • Deploying • Managing learning strategies across Manufacturing & Quality
Due to increasing complexity, administrative support is needed to: • Ensure operational efficiency • Maintain data accuracy • Execute daily learning tasks • Allow L&D Strategists to stay focused on strategy
👥 Positions (2 Roles)
Position 1: L&D Admin – Manufacturing
Supports: • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) • Engineering (Eng) • Technical Services & Manufacturing Science (TSMS) • Global Supply Chain (GSC)
Position 2: L&D Admin – Quality
Supports: • Global Quality Compliance (GQC) • Analytical Quality Control Operations (AQCO) • Global Quality Supply Chain & Analytics (GQSCA) • Veeva Quality Docs system release support
Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in learning administration • Supporting multiple business areas / functions • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar) • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • Experience working in SuccessFactors required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to liaison effectively between internal stakeholders and external partners • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred • Familiarity with pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industry learning and compliance requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
📘 Learning Plan Management • Create, update, and maintain Learning Plans within the LMS • Assign and manage curricula, courses, and learning activities • Monitor completion and compliance • Conduct audits and quality checks
Day-to-Day (D2D) Tasks • Process LMS transactions (enrollments, completions, waivers, extensions) • Respond to learner and manager inquiries • Generate reports (standard & ad hoc) • Maintain documentation and records • Support training scheduling and logistics
Administrative Tasks • Manage shared files and folders • Create and distribute communication materials • Perform data entry and cleanup • Support centralized admin tasks
Conduent Liaison • Act as point of contact between Conduent and internal teams • Coordinate service requests and escalations • Track tickets, SLAs, and deliverables • Provide status updates
