Arrow Staffing is hiring for our client in Grand Rapids! We re seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Bench Carpenter to join a high-end commercial casework manufacturer that specializes in custom architectural millwork and cabinetry. If you re a detail-oriented craftsman with a passion for precision and quality, we want to hear from you! Position: Cabinet Maker / Bench Carpenter

Location: Grand Rapids, MI Pay: $22 $ 28/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday (overtime as needed) Job Responsibilities: • Fabricate custom cabinets, reception desks, and architectural millwork with precision. • Operate and maintain woodworking tools, machinery, and equipment. • Work with solid wood, veneers, laminates, metal trim, glass, and resin panels. • Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints accurately. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. • Collaborate with team members and follow supervisor direction. • Assist in other departments as needed. Qualifications &

Skills Required: • Proven experience in custom woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork. • Proficiency in using woodworking machinery and hand tools. • Knowledge of working with various materials including wood, laminates, and hardware. • Ability to read shop drawings and measure accurately.

Strong math skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods. • Willingness to work overtime as required. • Strong sense of responsibility and work ethic. • Valid driver s license (preferred). Preferred Skills (Not Required): • Equipment maintenance experience. • Familiarity with finishing techniques. • Experience working with solid surface materials.
