Job Title: Commercial HVAC tech ($18-$25 per hour) Location: Montgomery Job Type: Full-time Shift: Day Pay Range: $18-$25 per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is strictly commercial-no residential work. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem-solver with strong diagnostic abilities and hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities: • Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems only • Work on rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, and commercial controls • Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals • Accurately document work performed and parts used • Communicate clearly with supervisors, property managers, and team members • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols Requirements: • 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience (REQUIRED) • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills • Experience with RTUs and commercial refrigeration preferred • EPA Universal Certification required • Valid driver's license with clean driving record • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
