Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and energetic Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with customers and team members, and is comfortable working around water. Strong basic math skills are required to ensure accurate orders and payments.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming dining experience

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner

• Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations

• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist with opening, closing, and side work as needed

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable around water and not afraid of getting wet (work environment may involve water features, spills, or outdoor service areas)

• Ability to pass a basic math assessment (addition, subtraction, percentages, and making change)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods

• Previous serving experience is a plus but not required
