Job Description • Assist in overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project efficiency and quality. • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior team members. • Support in resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times. • Participate in project meetings and provide input to improve processes and outcomes. • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for each project. • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all assigned projects.

A successful Commercial Assistant Project Manager should have: • Related bachelor's degree (Constructoin Management, Engineering, etc.) or relevant work experience • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle project demands effectively. • Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. • Problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution. • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn from senior team members.
