Job Description • Supervise all aspects of high-end interior and healthcare construction projects, ensuring quality standards are met. • Coordinate daily operations on-site, including scheduling and managing subcontractors. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure goals are achieved. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols at all times. • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates. • Resolve on-site challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track. • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control. • Oversee traveling logistics and ensure smooth transitions between project locations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent-High End Interiors/Healthcare should have: • A strong background in construction, with a focus on high-end interiors or healthcare projects is required! • Proven experience in managing on-site operations/team and coordinating subcontractors. You'll be the on-site point person. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle challenges effectively. • A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on all projects. • Flexibility to travel frequently between project locations--first project in Dallas, TX, followed by Las Vegas, NV. • *This role is headquarted in Greater Philadelphia but will require national travel**
