Commercial Construction Project Manager - Direct Hire
Well established Topeka based commercial construction planning and development company is looking for a creative, motivated, and results driven project manager to join their close team of construction experts. Our client provides full cycle commercial and industrial contracting services to a wide variety of businesses.

Commercial Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

Manage the full cycle of construction projects.

Manage schedules of projects through completion.

Estimate, budget, and negotiate project costs.
•
Maintain strong relationships with clients both internally and externally.
•
Provide leadership and management of projects.
Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of the construction process.

Strong communication skills.

Degree in construction related field from a four-year college or equivalent experience.

At least 1-3 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
