Insurance Agency Owner/Manager
An established insurance organization is seeking a motivated, business-minded professional to assume ownership of an existing Insurance agency in the Topeka area. This is a unique opportunity to step into an Agency Owner role with a fully developed book of business and continue building on a strong foundation of long-term client relationships.
Insurance Agency Owner/Manager Job Responsibilities:
• Take ownership and management of an established insurance agency
• Maintain and grow an existing book of long-term clients
• Provide high-level client service and relationship management
• Drive new business development and sales growth
• Oversee day-to-day agency operations and business performance
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
• Build and lead a professional, service-oriented office environment
Qualifications:
Insurance Agency Owner/Manager Job Qualifications:
• Strong sales background preferred (insurance or financial services a plus)
• Proven ability to operate in a professional, client-facing business environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage and grow an established customer base
• Insurance license not required to be considered
