Full-Time HVAC Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and other equipment.

Assist with plumbing tasks and repairs, including components.

Participate in snow removal activities as required.

Qualifications:

Full-Time HVAC Maintenance Technician Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Completion of a Journeyman HVAC Program and HVAC training.

Minimum of six years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.

EPA Refrigerant Certification required or must be obtained within 90 days.

Additional skills in plumbing, pump repair, and boiler repair are highly desirable.

Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing safety protocols and standard practices.

Valid Kansas driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical capability to lift up to 100 pounds.
