Controller / Finance Leader

We are partnering with a growing and highly respected organization seeking a hands-on Controller with strong finance and operational leadership experience. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, driving process improvements, and partnering with leadership to support strategic decision-making.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting and finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning both the day-to-day accounting function and broader finance responsibilities including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.

The company is looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, improve processes, strengthen reporting accuracy, and help build scalable infrastructure for continued growth.

Responsibilities Include: • Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger operations • Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis • Prepare and present financial reporting packages and operational insights to leadership • Improve processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiencies • Partner cross-functionally with operations and executive leadership • Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail across all accounting and finance functions • Assist with strategic initiatives, systems improvements, and operational support as needed

Ideal Background: • Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience • Strong understanding of GAAP and operational accounting • Hands-on mentality with the ability to operate strategically and tactically • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting • Process improvement mindset and strong business acumen • Excellent communication skills and leadership presence
