We’re partnering with a growing, highly collaborative consumer-facing organization seeking a Director of Accounting to lead internal reporting, franchise accounting support, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys partnering across Finance, Operations, and executive leadership while helping scale a growing franchise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead internal accounting and financial reporting processes

• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Franchising teams

• Support franchise growth initiatives and new location expansion

• Drive process improvements and scalable accounting workflows

• Support systems implementations and reporting enhancements

• Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team

• Serve as a key liaison across multiple business functions and leadership groups

Ideal Background:

• CPA required

• Prior leadership experience within accounting or financial reporting

• Experience in multi-unit, franchise, retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred

• Strong understanding of close processes, reporting, and internal controls

• Background in public accounting strongly preferred

• Experience with ERP or systems implementations is a plus

• Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills
