JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst on behalf of a valued client—a large, dynamic organization with multiple business entities. This position offers the opportunity to join an established finance team and contribute to high-impact projects supporting organizational growth and compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the preparation, analysis, and consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. • Develop and enhance financial reporting tools, dashboards, and processes to provide actionable insights to senior management. • Analyze complex revenue streams and billing transactions, ensuring the correct recognition and reporting of revenue across the organization. • Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, partnering with billing and revenue teams to ensure alignment. • Support audits and ad hoc reporting requirements from leadership and external parties. • Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement within the reporting function. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant certification preferred. • 5+ years’ experience in financial reporting or accounting, preferably within a large, multi-entity environment. • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and billing processes. • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
