Ensures that all aspects of tablet press and coating operations are performed in accordance with approved operating procedures and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Monitors Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and completes reports and documentation related to the process. Works with Manager and Human Resources to address employee performance issues. Oversees the Tableting and Coating equipment operation. Notifies Maintenance if equipment requires immediate or preventative maintenance. Completes production documentation and ensures that Batch Production Records are followed and that the information on the batch record is accurate and complete.
