Staffing Inc is partnered with a client in Grand Rapids that is actively hiring Warehouse Associates who are ready to start immediately. In this role, you will apply finishing components and processes to manufactured parts to produce a finished good. Ensure parts are assembled within specifications and required quality.

Essential Job Functions:

• Load parts into machine.

• Verify parts to meet functional and visual quality standards.

• Complete traceability tags, label and mark trays or box.

• Pack or bundle finished parts.

• Consistently meet or exceed established productivity levels.

• Keep work area clean and organized.

• Assist in other duties as required.

• Be attentive to machine and detector malfunction.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day.

• Ability to repeatedly move arm up and down, back and forth for 8+ hours per day.

• Good attendance

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. regularly and 35 lbs. occasionally.

• Attention to company metrics and deadlines with continuous effort to meet or exceed these expectations

• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully

• Takes accountability for work.

• Works well independently and with others in a team

• Receive training effectively and with a positive attitude

• Reading, writing and basic math skills.
