Staffing Inc. is hiring for the roles of Ticket Taker and Usher at Grand Valley State University, Arena & Stadium, on event days.

Position: Ticket Taker/Usher Location: Grand Valley State University Shift: Event Days Compensation: $18/hr

Shift Notes:

Shifts are typically 6 hours long but not guaranteed. Shifts are posted to a scheduling app & staff self schedule.

Usher: Ushers play an integral role in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience during events. As an Usher, you will: • Greeting and welcoming guests • Direct customers to their designated section or seat. • Answer general questions about the stadium/arena. • Solve minor issues and escalate significant concerns to the necessary party (usher supervisor, security, etc.). • Checking Student ID's.

Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer service oriented with a positive attitude. • Ability to handle situations with patience and professionalism. • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
