Position: Production Support Pay: $15.00-$16/hour Shift: 3rd Shift Status: Temp-to-Hire Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision

The Lee Group is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Support Associates to join one of our valued clients in Virginia Beach, VA. This role plays a key part in supporting daily production operations by ensuring materials are prepared, products are properly packaged, and finished goods are moved efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Cut cores for production use Pack finished products into boxes Print and apply core tags and case labels Move finished goods to the warehouse Perform additional duties to support production as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

Warehouse or manufacturing environment Frequent standing, walking, and lifting Ability to handle physical tasks throughout the shift May be exposed to typical production noise and equipment
