Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Central Operations Service Representative (Level II or III) to support daily banking operations and ensure excellent service to internal and external clients. This role handles a variety of operational tasks, resolves issues, and helps maintain compliance with all banking regulations.
Responsibilities
• Support daily bank operations, including transactions, account services, and processing activities
• Resolve operational issues and serve as a point of contact for internal teams and clients
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements
• Provide high-quality customer service and operational support
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Level II: 3–5 years of bank operations experience
• Level III: 5+ years of central/bank operations experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and 10-key
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
