Job Description
Growing financial institution is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Central Operations Service Representative II/III to support the Central Operations Department. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 3–5 years (Level II) or 5+ years (Level III) of hands-on experience in bank or credit union operations, demonstrating a deep understanding of core banking processes and compliance requirements. Candidates must exhibit intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as strong 10-key skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with fluctuating volumes.. This role requires exceptional attention to detail to minimize risk, the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, and consistent reliability in attendance and scheduling flexibility to meet business needs. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to collaborate across departments, support internal and external clients, and serve as a resource or escalation point when needed. Advanced candidates (Level III) will also have the ability to interpret and develop operational procedures, contribute to process improvements, and provide training and guidance within the department. In addition, the ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service while supporting organizational goals and values. A demonstrated respect for diversity, adherence to EEO principles, and willingness to participate in community involvement, including completion of annual CRA volunteer hours, are essential.
