Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support a busy civil litigation practice. This role requires hands-on experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, with a strong focus on discovery and minor’s compromise matters.
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience managing discovery in civil personal injury cases
-Direct, hands-on experience handling minor’s compromises, including drafting and preparing petitions
-Strong understanding of litigation processes and trial preparation
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
-Draft and manage discovery requests and responses
-Prepare and file minor’s compromise petitions and supporting documents
-Assist with trial preparation, case organization, and court filings
-Maintain case files, calendars, and litigation deadlines
This role requires specialized experience in personal injury litigation. Candidates without direct experience in discovery and minor’s compromises will not be considered.
