Job Description
Position Title: Wealth Advisor
The Wealth Advisor role presents an opportunity to engage with ultra high-net-worth clients, requiring a proactive approach to business development and relationship building. This position necessitates a strong commitment to cultivating a personal book of business, with a focus on clients possessing investable assets ranging from $5 million to $150 million. Advisors will collaborate with Senior Investment Strategists while also independently sourcing leads and establishing a presence in the community. Candidates must be prepared for a long sales cycle that emphasizes relationship development and trust. The role demands a high level of market sophistication and the ability to communicate complex investment strategies effectively.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE
Wealth Advisor Responsibilities: • Participate in 13 weeks of comprehensive training with no sales expectations • Conduct a minimum of 15 meetings per week, entirely sourced by the advisor • Build and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate trust and long-term partnerships • Engage in team meetings every Monday to discuss strategies and share insights • Develop a deep understanding of market trends and investment strategies • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for client management and reporting
Wealth Advisor Requirements: • Five years of experience in Wealth Management or Financial Advising • SIE, Series 7, Series 65 or 63 certifications are required by September • Proven ability to build a book of business from scratch • Experience working with clients with a minimum of $1 million in investable assets • Bachelor's degree is required • Strong market knowledge and ability to discuss investment implications • CFP certification is preferred
