Position Title: Community Relations Manager
The Community Relations Manager plays a crucial role in fostering referral relationships across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community groups. This position is designed to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and support local marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will drive measurable growth through strategic outreach and partnerships. Engaging actively with the community is essential, as the role demands building connections to create new business opportunities. Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 / Year DOE + Bonuses
Business Development Manager Responsibilities: • Develop referral relationships and generate new business through marketing efforts at hospitals, skilled nursing homes, and community organizations • Educate referral sources about services and processes • Conduct presentations and represent the organization at networking events • Create and implement a Marketing Action Plan with measurable growth targets • Track and report on sales activities and referral metrics • Support marketing initiatives, including social media and newsletters • Analyze market trends and competitors to position the company effectively • Identify strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and growth • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and community partners
Business Development Manager Requirements: • Must have business development experience within healthcare administration, ideally from hospice, home health, or in-home elderly care companies • Experience in community engagement to generate leads and new business • Must possess a mission-driven mindset and genuine passion for the healthcare industry • Collaborative approach with a willingness to support the team • Proven ability to generate leads and referrals, with specific examples of past successes • Valid driver's license, as driving is required for marketing and networking • Experience in setting up presentations and conducting educational sessions • Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred • Experience with social media and content creation for newsletters is preferred
