As an Equipment Quality Assurance Specialist, you play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of all warehouse shipments, contributing directly to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Equipment Quality Assurance Specialist, you will oversee the quality assurance process for all orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment and proper packaging before shipment. • Review pack lists to confirm all items are included in each package • Weigh, count, and visually inspect materials, verifying part numbers on supplies, materials, and equipment for accuracy • Determine the appropriate conveyor system by scanning packages, reading labels and charts, and sorting packages accordingly • Pack boxes using various shipping materials, ensuring correct labeling and postage • Maintain shipping material levels and notify the appropriate party when supplies are low • Manage packaging inventory, including boxing up and sealing materials for shipment • Utilize an online exceptions management system to communicate with clients • Collaborate with other fulfillment departments to ensure all eligible packages are sent out

Required Skills and Experience: • Proficiency in quality assurance processes • Experience with RF scanners • Ability to perform warehouse packing and pulling tasks accurately

Preferred Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in a quality inspection department, preferably in electronics • At least 1 year of shipping experience
