Role and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing warehouse tasks such as receiving, picking, and maintaining goods and equipment, supporting efficient operations throughout the facility. • Inspect and confirm the accuracy of parts received from vendors, input information into the system, and organize the items in the appropriate warehouse spot. • Employ an RF scanner to select items from both lower and upper storage locations and load them onto production carts. • Participate in the cycle counting process, space consolidation initiatives, and the overall cleanliness maintenance of the inventory and warehouse units. • Learn multiple roles within the department to be flexible in assisting other teams whenever necessary. • Ensure customer needs are met by identifying possible errors and validating the work of colleagues. • Respect and adhere to the company handbook and departmental guidelines, prioritize the safety of yourself and your coworkers, and maintain a harmonious work environment. • Stick to the maintenance plan for warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions promptly. • Acknowledging responsibility for one's behaviors and the tasks achieved, cultivating an optimistic demeanor and cooperative spirit within the team is vital. • Take part in events hosted by the company, such as suggestion programs and training sessions focused on enhancing quality. • Fulfill additional tasks as needed.

Prerequisites and Expertise: • The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of experience maneuvering sit-down or stand-up forklifts. • Proficient in the precise packaging and handling of materials. • Experience in using RF scanners and following loading protocols. • Insight into the operations of shipping and receiving departments.

Preferred Qualifications: • Candidates who are forklift certified are preferred. • Openness to cross-train and acquire expertise in various areas of the company.

Compensation and Benefits:

Employees start off at $19.80/hour with possibilities for advancement. Those who transition to permanent roles can receive two bonuses each year based on their productivity.
