Job Description Job Description Branch Manager The Branch Manager provides leadership and direction to ensure branch operations meet financial, operational, and compliance goals while achieving profitability, growth, adherence to company standards, along with meeting or exceeding other company goals. Managing branch development and operations within established budgets and staying in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures in accordance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws. General Responsibilities: The Branch Manager reports directly to the District Manager or as otherwise noted. Description and Functions Essential Functions and Responsibilities:  Oversees day-to-day operations of the branch and assists when needed.  Process all hourly payroll and approve timesheets.  Administer the hiring, developing, counseling, promoting and termination of internal and external employees to ensure a professional and competent workforce and success of employees.  Conduct weekly staff meetings to ensure clear and open communication.  Monitor KPIs, client satisfaction, and financial metrics to ensure accountability and results.  Respond to and effectively mitigate complaints from employees, customers or vendors when escalated.  Ensure that profit margins, market share, P&Ls, net operating income, sales budgets, control costs and revenue goals are met and/or exceeded.  Utilize and develop a relational sales approach to increase sales opportunities and perform outside sales calls across a diverse customer base for maximum profitability.  Divide time equitably between operations and sales to ensure profitability, growth and professional development.  Implement and manage a detailed marketing campaign to identify trends and competition in designated markets to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.  Ensure worker safety by performing job site safety evaluations, educating and coaching workers, reporting injuries to Risk Management and providing proper PPE to employees.  Ensure best match for dispatch through effective training and mentoring and provide high quality customer service to all employees, customers and vendors.  Oversee Staffing Specialist training. Create programs and conduct employment evaluations as needed to develop the compliance and skills of the branch staff.  Revise branch practice and guidelines when appropriate to adapt to new programs, goals, initiatives and implement new programs.  Recognize branch level accomplishments. Evaluate and benchmark branch for performance, compliance, and innovation. Foster an environment of inclusion and conduct audits for operations, personnel performance, and corrective action plans.  Establish and maintain positive professional relationships both internally and externally to ensure the highest quality of customer service to employees, customers and vendors.  Perform any other duties as assigned.
