GLO Resources is currently hiring a Quality Control Inspector to work in the Baton Rouge, LA area. Pay will be between $22-$26 per hour based on experience. The schedule is typically Monday–Friday (7 am-5 pm) with occasional overtime based on production needs. Position Summary: The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that pre-cast concrete products meet all required quality standards and project specifications. This role includes inspecting materials, monitoring production, performing concrete testing, and documenting results throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues before final delivery. The rate of pay is $40 per hour based on experience including differential pay. This position works from Monday – Saturday from 5:00 pm – 1:30 am. Position Summary: The Crane Operator is responsible for the safe, precise, and efficient operation of 100T Tadano and 110 Ton Swing Cab cranes to lift, transport, and position large precast concrete components, formwork, and other heavy materials within the production yard and loading areas. This role plays a vital part in maintaining production flow, ensuring the proper handling and storage of materials, and supporting overall plant safety. The operator will work closely with yard crews, forklift drivers, and spotters to ensure smooth operations and safe load handling. Key Responsibilities: • Operate 100T Tadano and 110 Ton Swing Cab cranes to move precast panels, beams, forms, and similar large items within the yard and plant. • Safely maneuver heavy loads in tight and dynamic workspaces. • Rig and secure loads using chains, slings, spreader bars, and other rigging gear in accordance with safety standards. • Collaborate with yard personnel to ensure safe lifting operations and clear communication. • Load and unload transport trucks in alignment with delivery schedules and load plans. • Perform and document daily crane inspections, including checking fluid levels, cables, tires, and control systems. • Conduct basic preventative maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly. • Maintain accurate logs of equipment use, inspections, and any incidents or near misses. • Follow OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and use of proper PPE always. • Support general material handling duties when not actively operating the crane.
