Key Responsibilities - Lead vendor negotiations for bulk pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, and cost targets in partnership with Product Development and Sales. - Oversee accurate and timely purchase order creation based on demand forecasts, production schedules, raw material needs, and inventory plans. - Manage supplier capacity planning, raw material bookings, inventory levels, and lead time risks to support production timelines and customer commitments. - Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and inventory performance to improve turnover, service levels, and overall supply chain efficiency. - Monitor weekly work-in-progress reports and collaborate with vendors, Testing, Compliance, and internal teams to resolve production or delivery risks. - Identify and implement supply chain improvement initiatives, including cost reduction, supplier consolidation, packaging approval coordination, and process optimization.
