Responsibilities • Receive, store, and distribute materials in designated areas • Load and unload materials and scrap from semi-trailers safely • Operate forklifts and move materials throughout the facility • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately • Inspect shipments for quality and accuracy • Review shipping documents (BOL, setup sheets, special instructions) • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials • Coordinate shipments and prioritize urgent orders • Resolve issues with vendors or contractors as needed • Support invoice validation and communication with accounting • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment • Dispose of scrap materials properly • Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements • Minimum 2 years of warehouse and forklift experience • Experience operating forklifts required • Familiarity with shipping documents (BOL, etc.) • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Basic math and written communication skills • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs • Safety-oriented mindset • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Benefits • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Life insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid holidays and vacation • Company-provided meals Ready to join a stable team and grow your career in warehouse operations?
