Roofing Project Coordinator
Direct Hire Opportunity! Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 75 lbs. Heavier materials require team lifting or appropriate equipment. Load materials onto truck trailers, ensuring proper spacing and arrangement for optimal delivery. Verify materials to confirm correct items are placed on trucks according to manifest and weight. Complete necessary paperwork following company guidelines, including order processing in the mainframe system. Prepare shipping tags using a department computer or manually if necessary. Notify supervisor or maintenance when equipment requires repairs or preventive maintenance. Follow all safety policies, including the use of required PPE such as safety shoes, gloves, and safety glasses. Operate in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, interruptions, and problem-solving as needed. Use scanners and paperwork to ensure accurate product loading and organization of staged loads. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
