The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for the profitable operation of all apartment communities in the region as well as the assigned corporate P&L division. What We're Looking For: We are seeking a skilled Regional Vice President to join our team in Greenwood Village, CO. This position will be responsible for two regions CO and PNW. This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $185,000-$225,000 annual salary. Key Responsibilities: Marketing and Leasing • Effectively measure and track property-level leasing performance to the extent necessary to ensure that owner and budget objectives are met.
