Planting Operator- 2nd shfit

Description Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (10 hours per day) Required Experience 5+ years of experience in plating operations Gold plating experience is a plus Key Responsibilities & Skills The ideal candidate will possess a high level of technical expertise, including the ability to: Calculate surface areas and determine proper amperage for plating loads Perform proper chemical handling procedures Identify and use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Troubleshoot tank issues, including: Proper cable connections Filter change-outs Resistance failures Diagnose and resolve part defects and identify root causes Activate parts prior to plating Perform proper cleaning and maintenance of plating equipment Education High School diploma or equivalent required Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
