Production Operator/Printing Machine Operator Responsibilities: • Process job on press based on work order requirements. • Ensure machine is running efficiently and that job is completed in accordance with work order requirements. • Mount paper, dies, and plates. • Set punch unit and change perfs. • Adjust inks and paper. • Provide basic machinery support including oiling, solvents, water, cleaning, and daily preventative maintenance. • Verify order materials are ready for job completion. • Maintain an organized, safe, clean, and efficient work area. Other & Miscellaneous: • Suggests and participates in implementation of changes to improve the organization. • Explains and offers guidance on routine procedures. • Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution. • Maintains good communication • Complies with all company policies and procedures. • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area. • Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace. Minimum Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED is required with a minimum of 1 year of experience in this or a relevant field. • Over 1 year of experience relating to Machine/Press operator responsibilities.
