Inbound Sales Representative / Hiring Associate
*I am hiring for two people to start in to start in May, June, and July 2026*

Role Purpose
The purpose of the Hiring Associate role is to build the foundation for a successful sales career at Insight Global. As a Hiring Associate, you will learn all about staffing and our services, and how to sell them to current and future clients. You will play the role of matchmaker for companies and candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates to meet hiring managers, and ultimately negotiating job offers to get them hired.
Responsibilities
• Review resumes from our internal database and online job boards.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
• Collaborate with mentors and team members to learn and grow in the role.
• Participate in Insight Global's cutting-edge training program, The IG Way.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Charisma, drive, and grit to succeed in a sales-oriented role.
• Previous experience in sales or recruiting is a plus, but not required.
Career Path
The average employee spends approximately six months in the Hiring Associate role before enrolling in the Hiring Partner in Training (HPT) program. The next 8 to 12 weeks will be spent applying the skills and knowledge learned to real-world scenarios with future clients. Successful completion of the HPT program leads to a promotion to Hiring Partner, where you will manage both sales and recruiting for our customers.

COMPENSATION
Insight Global offers a competitive base salary ranging from $35,600- $64,000 annually, dependent on office location, and $5,000 in LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plan). Upon promotion, Account Managers will receive a base salary increase, monthly car and cell allowance, as well as uncapped commission paid weekly.
The average employee in the company makes:
• Year 2: $73,000-$88,000
• Year 3: $121,000-$145,000
• Year 4: $135,000-$194,000
Account Managers and Professional Recruiters have the opportunity to win annual sales contests that include an all-expenses paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, and a cash bonus starting at $7,500- $10,000
